The insoles come in whole sizes only and can be trimmed to fit your shoe. Instructions come with the insoles on how to measure and cut them, and my best advice is use sharp scissors! It was surprisingly easy to do, and after a few minor adjustments the Fusion insoles were snugly fit into my running shoes.
Initially I was expecting a huge difference in feeling just from putting the shoes on, but I’m the eternal optimist. I am thrilled because I was worried that the insoles wouldn’t fit well or would be too thick, but they fit quite comfortably and the fact that they’re removable and washable is wonderful too!
